His role is focused on helping the business grow steadily and sustainably so the team can serve more clients while maintaining a high standard of care.
For Jonathan, client care is the top priority. He wants clients to feel a sense of relief when they find the business, knowing they have found a team that values trust, integrity, clear communication, and who works in their best interest.
Before joining the team, Jonathan owned and operated both a snow removal service business and a mobile detailing business. These experiences taught him the importance of client experience, consistency, leadership, and staying true to one’s word
