Rich is a Junior Paralegal Associate at Grace George Legal Services, where he supports clients through legal research, file preparation, case management, and client service. He combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience, helping ensure matters are handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and care.
Before joining the firm, Rich worked as a Procurement Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), where he developed valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. He also completed a 240-hour paralegal field placement, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Rich graduated with Honours from Algonquin College's Paralegal Graduate Certificate program and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Legal Studies from Carleton University. His academic background helped develop the research, drafting, and critical thinking skills he now brings to his legal work.

Outside of the office, Rich is passionate about history, education, and the arts. He researches and produces documentary-style content for his YouTube channel, Exhibit A History, where he explores significant historical events and figures. He also enjoys photography, attending live performances, reading, dancing, and staying active through regular fitness training. These interests reflect the curiosity, discipline, and well-rounded perspective he brings to both his professional and personal life.20
